⩁ Construction Approval Process ⊼ Deed Restrictions ⋺ Bylaws
The Village is a moderately deed-restricted community, and construction requires review by the Board of Directors.
CONSTRUCTION APPROVALS: For ALL new construction, exterior remodeling, swimming pools and fencing, the Canyon Lake Village Civic Association Inc. requests you submit plans. That submission needs to include the legal description of the property, the address of the property, name and phone of the owner, with a written description or preferably a drawing of the work to be done. You are required to show the positions of any improvements, and a description of the nature of work to be done. Property owners should await the approval of those plans before beginning construction.
The plans may be submitted by mail, or by email using PDF or Microsoft WORD document format or hardcopy.
